Pursuant to the Maine Freedom of Access Act (FOAA), please provide all internal and external communications including but not limited to emails both from [RSU/MSAD] and personal email addresses involving the [specific school] library staff members [librarian(s) name] regarding: 

1.[RSU/MSAD]’s IJJ POLICY (suggested language revision to the selection of library materials policy) and  

2. Recommendation, donation, purchase, or placement of the book [book(s) title] in the library collection. 

The timeframe would begin as early as the topics were communicated about.

This is a FOAA Request for the total number of billable hours and the total amount of legal fees [RSU/MSAD]  spent for the year(s) of  [Year(s)]

 My request is for the two bottom line numbers that should be readily accessible from annual reports, even if archived. If this will exceed the two hours allotted per request as outlined in the law please provide an estimate of time needed and expenses that may occur. 

It would be easier and of minimal effort to receive this information electronically stored, such as a link, url or spreadsheet format with sorting options.
